What is shozone?
It tells people who don't know how to flip what the most profitable cards are at all times. Then everyone flocks to the cards that are most profitable and the profit completely disappears within seconds

I think with the APP be available this year at launch is part of the difference from past years. Some of us use a Computer while at work or you had to use your console. Now you have access to the Market 24/7. I am not saying this is a bad thing. People who not did have the ability to play the market while not on console now they do. More people are trying to flip or sell and buy cards have the access of the app from day 1. Last year by the time the App came out now everyone was using it. Last year us that flip every year already were making the stubs we needed and more. Just a thought.
You always had access to the market 24/7 even before the app...on this website
Yeah but it was not as easy to flip.
I think it is..still use it
My point is that I believe more people are doing it because of the access to the APP and the ease of it being able to put more orders in quicker. I still use a PC at work. I only use the APP for sell orders and open packs

I love seeing ppl who dont know what they are doing putting up large quantities.it means 2 things- with as fast as the market moves they will quickly flip themselves out of stubs or lack of success will have them give up and with the attention being focused there is leaves other areas open and the profits have been beautiful so far
There are profits to be made but it seems to be at a slower rate at least for me.
I only do 1 at a time usually 3, but time of day has been very critical so far.im in and out so fast that im almost not even there.

I flip multiple cards but the max I will buy at one time is 5 but I stay about 2 or 3 at a time.

How much time did it take you to get that much and what did you start with? Is that just flipping or with playing game and selling anything you get in packs?
-
I just got a scouting report pack, 2 bronze and a common, Free stubs once they sell
-
I think if people put as much effort into working the actual stock market as they do with these cards, there would be many self made millionaires on this forum. I get the thrill of the chase of gathering 3 million stubs, and I guess the chase is the only reason for doing it but it doesn't mean anything. I mean, what can you do with 3 million stubs?
For me the interesting aspect of all this card flipping is how real this virtual stuff is to some people. I see this "fantasy into reality" aspect is spilling into the real world, with the introduction of NFT's. Millions of real dollars being paid for a jpeg, simply because it's the only jpeg of that type in existence.

Oh, thats 3 each, i buy hundreds( if i can, i take what the market gives me)at a time.spreading it around protects against outbid/undercutting.i also dont track the amounts of each card, just put in the lowest/highest at the time(unless there is a gap. all buys go into a pool and then all sells, and trust the analysis done at purchase will have a bigger sell pool. that helps preventing freak outs at the values changing

Playing the market in this game is to get enough stubs to have the cards I want, Last year it was so easy I was able to get all the cards, It is not abut having millions just sitting there with nothing to use it for. Stock Market is not the same, I would probably lose money playing stocks, You have to have money to play the stock market which some people to no have nor do they want to risk there real money, This is a video game and it is a way to make extra stubs.

I track as a card sells I buy more of that card when the margin changes then I find another card to sell that keep me from getting where I could lose stubs, Only happen once this year so far and it was a min lost. Differently have to have patience and let the card sell while flipping other cards.

Not even comparable. Nice try though

People are just better in general. They are better at the game which is obvious if you play online and better at the market when you take a look.
People don’t want to sell a card to the highest bid, they want to list it themselves. They also want to post a bid and buy cards for cheaper. Less ways to earn stubs brings in more people to the market as well. The profits shrink massively. It’s not one thing it’s like 20 things built up over years.
This market system worked for a bit but it will probably be like this for a while now. People don’t care if a margin is negative, they just want it for less than the buy now and want to sell it for more than the sell now.
There is still some out there but it’s mostly 1-2k flips at the most
-
Order cap used to just be 20.

Exactly! If you use showzone you ain’t making any stubs because you and a thousand other guys are flocking to the same cards and you 1 up each other until the value is arbitraged out in no time………then they all go away and I capitalize on the rebound 15 minutes later.

The walls put up (10-50 of the same price) drive me crazy.
