A way to avoid created stadiums

I wish there was a way to turn this off, just like we are able to do with Crossplay. I haven't once played in a created park where I thought "oh yeah this is nice". It's either visually horrible or the dimensions/altitude are extreme that makes the game toxic from the start.

These created stadiums were a fun idea but have evolved into just another tool for cheesers.
