Is there something that you need to do, besides play one game, to get this to take effect?
I'm assuming it wasn't a patch; as it didn't promo me to download anything. But during my second Conquest game of the night; I brought in AS Kerry Wood to close out the game and by the fourth pitch he was in the yellow and by the sixth pitcher he was in the red.
Now I know his stamina is only at 26; but come on, 4 pitches and he's tired?
Only thing I can think is that I did warm him up on the top of the third and I scored 3 runs that half an inning; so maybe he was gassed by the time I had to bring him in.

Who knows at this point. New update coming. They are rebalancing stamina again. So they are at least adjusting and trying to address this
