You have to get so many stars (I forgot how many). Did it by doing the moments and the WSH team PXP missions.

    Exchanges

Or better yet, load a team of WSH players and play a vs CPU Orioles 9-inning game or two.

Rendon is at the 25 point mark unless I'm mistaken. The uniform is the 50 mark. Definitely knock out the moments. Exchanges will give you 9 points which isn't terrible. Click on the exchange and go through the players to see their exchange value. I believe you need 15k or 2 golds for the Nats one and 30k for the NL East one. It cost me about 6k stubs but is worth it. The PXP is the only other way to accrue points. Remember that Expos count as well so use Vlad's Anime card. Soto if you have him, maybe pick Josh Bell in the FotF or pay 16k stubs for him. As soon as you unlock Rendon throw him in there.

You can also go on the marketplace, use the filter, and look for Nationals/Expos players. There might be some Prospects in addition to the Live Series cards. I think I might buy Soto for the occasion since I'll need/want him anyway. But if you don't want to spend a ton of stubs or don't have them, get Live Series Nelson Cruz, Josh Bell, Victor Robles and whomever else is cheap.

Missed the LS Strasburg for SP which racks up PXP at about 200 PXP per half inning.

Haha, dang how on earth can you get 200 PXP in a half inning? I thought the max for a pitcher was 35. Unless you're being sarcastic in which case, carry on. Is he the team reward as well? Yes, I definitely didn't think of him, good call. He'll be my SP.

No, you know what...I'm an idiot! I confused the XP for PXP for a second. I am often sarcastic on here, but that time I wasn't. ๐Ÿ˜‚

200 PXP for a half inning could P5 done quick! All my pitchers would be at P5!

Hahahahaha, no worries. I didn't even start paying attention to PXP until the last month of the 21 game cycle cause it was all there was left to do.

I actually kinda miss 21 and might play it again soon just to try and P5 more players. Obviously there is nothing to gain by doing this but it's addicting haha.
