Improved hitting

Last year was my first year switching to zone, and I'll never go back. I've watched just about every tutorial on youtube, and the one thing that almost everyone said that I feel actually helps is Control freaks. If you haven't tried them I highly recommend them, they are like 19.99 on Amazon. I also tried the precision rings but they are garbage, the restrict to much movement on defense.

After buying control freaks last year don't know how I ever played without them

Are you using actual control freaks or and off brand? I tried the off brand ones and that happend alot.

No they're the brand name ones - seems to happen most when I push down quickly

No they're the brand name ones - seems to happen most when I push down quickly
Mine have 3 prongs that latch around the edge of the joystick. They never come off unless I drop the controller

I didn’t want you to feel left out, I used CF’d and mine would pop off.
It wasn’t a common occurrence, maybe like once a game tops. Guessing it would get loose and eventually come off, usually on Defense when I was going after a ball.In hindsight now; as I’m typing, I’m wondering if I took it off and made sure it was secure before each play session, I wonder if that would have alleviated the issue,

I take mine off for defense lol. And put it back on for batting. Kinda like my own little nerdy batting gloves

KF Purple Galaxy. Been using them for years. I'm still not any good....but they feel good LOL

Are there any that last longer? Tried em out a couple years ago but kept having to replace them because the texture would wear out so quick.

Galaxy's last the longest. I am very animated and hard on them. Don't know why but just am. The soft ones last maybe about a week. Two at the longest.

Wrapping a rubber band around the stick also works. Limits your PCI movement

Yes I had this problem too. The ones I have now are 100% plastic. The tops have little scopes on them for grip.
