What to do with Pete Alonso? :)

Hi. I currently play Matt Chapman (85 Diamond 3B) in 1B. From last pack I got Pete Alonso (85 Diamond 1B). So my question is what to do with him?
I currently have 60k stubs and playing no money spent. Have only Oswalt as 300 star player. Should I sell Alonso and buy other 1st inning henchman? Or replace Matt, place Pete on 1st base and sell Matt? I have 92 Diamond Eddie Mathews on 3rd base -
I’d sell Chapman ASAP. He’ll be about half the price in a week or 2. Frank Thomas taught me last year that defense doesn’t matter at 1st.

Sell Chapman, he's not gonna save enough runs at 1st to make up for the power difference.

Alonso is a beast and his defense isn’t the worst. [censored] I have Ryan sandberg and he has diamond defense and has made a few errors.

I wouldn't unless you're gonna use them for a while or try to grind out the second inning boss for profit.

Definitely sell Chapman. Big Meat Pete will rock your world. I'm currently playing Pete at first, Freeman at 3rd, and Eddie in left. Use your stubs to bolster weak spots in your lineup or to help complete collections.

Ok, thanks. I have only Orioles collection completed. Dont have that many diamonds for completing that higher rated collections

Yah I agree with the others keep Alonso. By far the best addition to my team so far this year. He keeps hitting 450 foot + homeruns. It's been amazing.
