Why would they remove your opponents PCI feedback?
-
In real life a pitcher knows exactly where a batter is swinging and looking for pitches.
Why is something that has been in the game for years now gone?
I think I should know what kind of hitting interface my opponent is using. I'm a zone hitter, but I tried the new "timing" option and everything was smoked. It was all RNG, but I never missed a pitch or looked silly.
One hand just chilling should not be an online option. Just my 3 cents.

They just allowed it last year. It wasnt in recent years before.
I think it was incorrect. Too hard because of de-sync and stuff. Made people complain about nothing.
That and IRL you have to watch the guy swing and determine what he was swinging at. And it is just as easy, if not easier, in game. The last part of what you said is up for debate I guess. But timing isnt gonna be too successful at the higher levels.

Instead of fixing that they simply hid the feedback this year in an attempt to stop players from calling out the bs. Non PCI hits/HR’s are still very much alive….according to my own feedback.
You can even see it from time to time in the YouTubers videos…”I missed that but I’ll take the hit”….”LET’S GOOOOOOOO”

They wouldnt remove it for that. Because like you said you can see your own feedback lol. Honestly I just think its an unfair advantage for an opponent. You cannot get that info while on the mound pitching you have to pay attention.

They don't want players to complain about opponent's non PCI homers anymore.

Right, but they don’t want you to see your opponents non PCI bomb to walk it off and then you post that bs on a social media site or forum and make this game a laughingstock again.

Maybe, but if you are doing it yourself its still happening. And everyone that complains about their opponent is doing it themselves.

Might be right. I would just like to think that maybe they were thinking more about real baseball than covering their butts lol. But who knows.

But people never complain when it happens to themselves. It's like "wow PCI wasn't even on it, but I'll take it", then giggle and forget about it in 2 seconds.

I'm a firm believer that your own feedback is wrong too. How do you explain perfect perfect foul balls? It never actually shows up as a perfect perfect in game history, and the feedback always switches back to early timing before you take your next swing. You can't tell me the feedback is correct in any capacity when it shows something different after contact then it does before the next pitch

That’s what I do….what goes around comes around and online records in this game mean absolutely nothing to me with how the gameplay is.
The right thing would be for them to provide legit gameplay….one of these years.
