Is there a feature to auto lowest sell?

Every time I remove a card and relist on market, immediately 10 or more are listed at the same amount. Or they go away when I remove them. But then I relist and they come back. What the hell is going on?

I het the same thing with buy orders alway a few above like a bot trying to drive the market up

Or it's thousands of people frantically trying to flip to make stubs since the game just came out.
