Does the Conquest “Tutorial” ever go away?

Done the batter up and mystery maps and starting the NoB, and still I am getting the tutorial videos about attacking, stealing etc.
I’ve turned off tutorials in the settings, anyone else have this issue or know of a fix?

Apparently it resets after every server maintenance, so no.
