The first Non Sellable FOTF pack available is the AL West where you have a 1 in 5 chance of getting a non-sellable TROUT.
The LAST sellable FOTF pack available at 450K in XP is the AL West.
So if you definitely want Trout, and don't want to buy him or don't get lucky with the non-sellable pack, you better hope you can get to 450K in XP.
