Didn't get my randy johnson

How do you report an error? I picked mantle for my pack and then went to the shop and bought randy johnson... game crashed when I got the bid. My 19k stubs are gone and it shows completed transaction but I didn't get his card!!!

I got the same thing. I had a completed order but he’s not in my inventory nor do I have him listed for sale.
