I tried this last night when my pre order bonuses didn’t show up. Have not received a response (other than the automated one when I filled out the ticket) and the issues has not been resolved yet, but it’s worth a shot. From my own experience and from reading the forums, I’m guessing they have a A LOT of support tickets to wade through right now.

Does this happen with other video games? This feels like a theme park on opening day where half the rides keep breaking. What is the point of launching the game early if it doesn't work? Seems like they have more to deal with now with all the tickets and stubs issues. Wish I could just get my money back and wait a month for this to be sorted out.
