RTTS 22: Do you need to be online to get program rewards

This was not clear in the stream, but to get archetype program progress (ie the perks/equipment/xp awards) do you have to be online for this or will it somehow work if say the servers are down?

We won't know exactly until the game releases but probably. Expect anything even tangentially related to DD to be strictly monitored to keep players from "cheating" for DD rewards.
