Maybe taking a break from this year's game

Not because the game looks bad, it's just I'm tired of buying the yearly games. I am not bashing people who buy this game yearly, it's a better sports game to compare to madden or NBA. I love the grind but I am not just going to dedicate my time to this year's game.

I’m going to wait until the DD stream and see what changes they’ve made/improved to online play. Then I’ll see what new additions they’re bringing to offline.
I’ve thought about going a whole year just having fun with offline for once, might be good for my soul.

I usually play the hell out of Diamond Dynasty one year and earn every card, and then skip the next year while playing catch up on all the games I missed. Since it's on Game Pass again I'm going to pass on the PS5 version and will just pop in on the Series S every once in a while. I definitely don't plan on trying to keep up with every card again since I'm a bit burned out. If you have Game Pass, you could do the same.

I've taken a semi-break, from March 1 until a few days before release, just to 'miss' videogame baseball for a bit, but with the owners and players agreeing, I'll be wanting to play '22.
