Why so many "challenge failed" these days?

It's how I spend most of my time looking for games. This wasn't happening in June, July & August during full swing of the game.

There are about 400 of us still playing. Can we get a little bit of stability? Lil help?

I normally found this was due to someone using a Custom Stadium not 100% but likely.
