Ok, let me figure out how to ask/explain this.

Until I get a PS5; I have my account on a shared PS4. It isn't the primary account.

The person that is primary doesn't buy sports games every year. They skip a year or two; so they won't be getting 22 for themselves.

So, can I still preorder under my ID, even though it isn't primary, and still be able to get the bonuses and play the game? I know he won't be able to play; but I want to make sure I can play.

Yes you can order and play under your ID on his primary playstation. This all assuming you’re talking digital pre order.

If you are that concerned and don’t think you’ll be getting a PS5 before 23 comes out, why not buy it on his account but pay for it yourself?
