I'm beginning to think

that the 'in game' reporting players function is just there for show.
I've come across two to three people that I've previously reported for playing toxic and they're still playing the game.
I realize just one person reporting someone won't get that player banned; but with what these players have done during our game(s), and chances are they do this stuff EVERY game, they should've been banned by now.

Maybe they are all in on 22 and just letting this ride.or maybe its Christmas vacation for a lot of ppl.

What could someone possibly do during the game that would require you to report them?
I guess I get it when people are reported for vulgar/explicit team names and logos since there are young players out there playing the game. But what kind of play is so toxic that deserves reporting and being banned?
