One Plate Appearance Moments

If you're going to have these next year; can you please program the computer controlled pitcher to throw at least one pitch near the zone?
I'm sure people are tired of having to replay a moment because the pitcher can't hit the strike zone.

I’ve completed every moment in the game this year and last year, and I’ve never had any issues with pitchers not throwing strikes. Maybe it’s because I realize that in the vast majority of moments, walking does nothing for you and you should swing even if the ball is 20 ft off the plate to give yourself more opportunities. Maybe it’s because I realize pitchers don’t always throw the ball in the zone, and therefore don’t cry about it. Either way, I’ve never had consecutive moment attempts where the pitcher didn’t throw enough hittable strikes to complete the moment. Sure, it happens sometimes, but I’m heavily inclined to believe that people only say “pitchers never throw strikes in moments” as an excuse and nothing more.

It literally takes the same amount of time to restart the moment as it would to forward to your next at bat if it was a full game moment.
Stop with these whining posts, the only thing you are accomplishing is making yourself look like a baby.

Back out of DD to the main menu. Go into your settings and turn on batting tips. First pitch is always a middle middle meatball. The game pauses momentarily and gives you the "tip" of how to swing contact, normal, or power. Press power and you're all but garunteed a perfect perfect fly ball. Moment done.

Works for me. Maybe double check your settings. Not that it matters at this point moments are basically done.
