Catfish Hunter collection not giving xp

I locked in Catfish Hunter on the 9th inning collection and I didn’t get the xp. It says the card is collected but not complete. Any recommendations?

Are you already at 650k xp?

What do you mean, it doesn't say complete. The player program says conplete and in the 9th inning collection it says collected?
If those things are true and you didn't get the xp, I would open a support ticket on the website.

Yes to both. Program, and 9th inning collection says complete. But the xp bar isn’t green, and xp was never received.
