Combo BR/Stubs questions

Ok, I just got to 100 pts in the BR Program and haven't opened my pack yet.
I'm looking at either Kluber or Arrieta.
Now, I plan on eventually keeping one of these guys; so I'm on the fence if I should sell the pick.
My main goal is to get Griffey. And to get him as soon as possible. I need a TON of cards, so to speak, to get him as I am still one voucher short for Mookie and 4-5 short for Kershaw.
I can knock two of those out once I decide to do ALL 26 TN Moments sets and the Monthly Moments.
I still need about 4-5 Player Program cards, and can get them here shortly.
That leaves me with most of the BR rewards, ALL of the WS rewards minus Verlander and Lindor, and a handful of Event rewards.
Plus all the Inning bosses (1-9 minus Aaron and Babe) and all the henchmen (minus the ones from 7-9).
So I have a ton to buy or wait to see if they release them again.
I do have 2.4M in stubs.
Is the extra 300K that I'll get for Kluber or Arrieta worth having to grind for that card again?
And do you think 2.4M is enough to get most of what I need if I decide not to wait to see if they are released again?

The time to buy was when the market crashed, but I would start buying up cards you need for the collection, Than see where you are at and if you need to sell one of those cards, At this point do you have at need to hold 2.4m in stubs, I just buy cards up as I get the stubs to do so and I leave enough to flip. I am 10 cards away now from having all the Flashbacks and legends. I really started flipping about 5 months ago. I never reached 1m in stubs as I would just buy as need, I did have over 800k a few weeks ago before market crashed but I bought a lot of cards before the crash.

Sounds like a plan. But the 'Scrooge' in me can't seem to pull the trigger in a card that is over 100K and should drop significantly if they release it again.
Course, I'm trying to tell the 'Scrooge' that means I have to wait until then to get closer to Griffey.

My goal is all the Legends and Flashbacks today I just bought outright instead of waiting for the buy orders to go though, 2 of those cards been up for 2 days, The Third has less than 10 selling I did not want to wait and those orders increase in price, I know I over paid for those cards but at this point I do not care, I made 250k in 4 hours while at work, I have at least 100k in sell orders. I need 9 more cards and those are all over 300k,

My goal is all the Legends and Flashbacks today I just bought outright instead of waiting for the buy orders to go though, 2 of those cards been up for 2 days, The Third has less than 10 selling I did not want to wait and those orders increase in price, I know I over paid for those cards but at this point I do not care, I made 250k in 4 hours while at work, I have at least 100k in sell orders. I need 9 more cards and those are all over 300k,

I think I'm just going to wait on buying anyone right now. At least until I get all the free cards collected first. That way I can get an exact count of how many per set I need.
I'll take the chance at the possibility not some of the cards increasing in price compared to decreasing I'd they release them again.
Besides, since you can only skip one collection for Griffey, I'd like that to be the most expensive one and considering I need at least two Bronze Veterans (unless I want to pay 200K for Vlad) to get what I need for Griffey; I'd rather wait awhile.
I did put in Buy Orders for two of them just so I can be in queque.

Very well. I was down to 8k after I bought Syndergaard for 244k. Already back up to 76k. Today been good day for me flipping.
