IS it better to be down by 1 or 2 going into the last inning?

I have been playing this game since the early release and it seems whoever is losing receives a hitting boost. I will get up by 3 or 4 runs every game then it seems like the same inputs receive completely different results. Does anyone else feel this way?

Yeah, me too. It sure seems the game doesn't want to let me though.

Yeah, me too. It sure seems the game doesn't want to let me though.

I’m not sure about that. During my run up the RS ladder, I had plenty of mercy rules and people quitting after I went up big in the first few innings. It’s not nearly as bad as it’s been in previous editions.
