BR Question

I had a d-bag dashboard me on the last out of my 3rd inning with Franco, but luckily the game counted it. What a POS. He lost, though, and it didn't work.
Just actually completed my first program. Went 10 wins once, 8 wins once, and am sitting at 8 right now with the program complete.
Have to say, BR is much more enjoyable than RS. It's actually baseball, not a god-squad, outlier-suffused K fest. Strategy is involved because players have real weaknesses. Plus games are only 3 innings. It's BR for me from now on.

Dashboarding doesnt cause the game to not count. only the results of the particular play, and some times not even then cause play will complete before the disconnect registers.

Wait. BR is only 3 inning games?

Yes! It’s the only online mode I play outside of maybe an event or two. With the program being new this year. The program makes it so average players don’t need to go 12-0 to get the BR rewards. I mean I love the challenge but I’m just not that great online this year to get to12-0.

Wait. BR is only 3 inning games?
Yea, far less time consuming than RS

Seems like it is common for people to redraft BR if they don't get mission players or if they don't like their draft in general. Personally I never redraft and stubs are not an issue...I just like to go with what I get and see what happens. Also, for some reason it always seems like my least favorite drafts end up being my best runs. I also really like playing BR though, so I am generally not trying to rush through the program.

I think redrafting could depend on how much time is left in the program, I started the program with about 3 days left. I didn’t realize it would only take me a day to complete so I redrafted a couple times for the guys I needed.
-
I redraft because I’m trying to bang out the program fast. I like to be working towards multiple goals at the same time.

Number one you have missions outside of the silver and gold card mission’s. I think I completed one mission for a gold card hitting wise and did the inning’s pitches with the gold and silver pitcher. It’s so easy to finish the program in a few days

This. I actually completed the 40 TBs, 10 XBHs, and 10 Ks (each 10 pts each) before I even had one of the Player Missions done.
Of course I lucked out and completed then after my opponent got p!$$ed and out his controller down after I struck out his first three batters.
But even if you only win two games a run, and don't get any if the mission players or other missions completed, you'll still rewatch 100pts in about 25 drafts.
That's only 37,500 spent on entries and you get three cards that can net you 500K plus total.

You can probably get the 1.5K back in the pack you're guaranteed even if you go 0-2, what with the prices of bronzes and commons now...

Question: I completed the program, so the only thing I can do now is go 12-0 for another BR pack?
If so, then I'm done with this one, because I'll never go 12-0. All good.

Yes. All you can go know is go 12-0 for another pack.
-
Also, if you do decide to play and say end up going 9-0 before the program ends; when the new program starts; those 9 wins, while still in a run, won't count towards the new program.
So if you end up winning 3 more, and you're technically at 12-0; it will only count the last three wins towards the new program.
You're better off just waiting.

But doesnt it count as flawless? Or at least didnt it used 2?
-
If I get a profoundly bad draft I quit twice to give someone else a few program points.
-
Will there be more BR rewards after this one, or is this the last flawless reward coming up?

What do you mean?
Ok. There is two days left in the program. I draft today and see how far I can go before losing two. I end up with a 11-0 record and finish that 11th win seconds before the new Program drops.
Once the new program drops, I'm still in an 11-0 run. When I play that 12th game, and I win, I'm 12-0 and get a Flawless pack for reaching 12 wins, without a loss in one run. [censored] the new program only counts that 12th win as my FIRST win on the new program. So I would only have 2pts.
Any wins you get after a program starts, on a run that was already started BEFORE the new program starts, will ONLY count a a single win within the new program.
Otherwise people could go 11-0 after getting 100 pts, and wait until the next program started and play that 12th game and if they win then they would get a Flawless pack AND points for going 12-0 even though they technically only played one game during the new program.

Well that’s mighty nice of you! It’s nice to see someone who isn’t a toxic jacka** playing this game. Too bad you’re in the minority.
-
Ok, I got to 72 points so I’ll get the 80 pack hopefully today…wish I started way sooner, 100 is more than doable. It’s also a blast to play with different cards & mix/match arms out of the ‘pen.
That said. Who’s the pick at 80 points? Harper, Jansen or somebody else?
Haven’t played ranked yet but with the fun of BR, I’ll give it a shot once I finish up Kershaw collection.
