Banned?

Posted this on the companion app topic, but it looks like someone gets on that every once in a blue moon, so I’m re-posting here in hopes of clarity:
Somehow I’m logged in here, but every time I’ve attempted to login to the app or my PlayStation, it won’t allow me.
I get a message that I’ve been banned for something to do with a “violation of terms of service”… I coach high school football. Literally I haven’t logged on (successfully) since August, and now I’m unable to when I try. I haven’t had time to violate terms of service lol
Help would be appreciated.

Us guys probably cannot help you much. Probably need to click the support button at top of page and talk to SDS. But a lot of the time its for uploading or downloading an "inappropriate team logo" or similar. Or using a vulgar name for a team name.

I submitted a ticket back in September and followed up.
Homey don’t play the inappropriate logo stuff. My team’s the Macon Bacon, and they haven’t fielded an active team since the beginning of August. -

Hope they get back to you. I would follow up. Cannot imagine many are sending in tickets now with as dead as the game is. Hope you can get it all worked out.

I know that sometimes these can be 'off'; but your profile stats that you have a high of 300+ runs and HRs for one game.
Maybe boosting?
Stub transfer?
I highly doubt they would ban someone for no apparent reason, so something had to happen.

It is offensive to the Muslim community and the law enforcement community and the vegetarian community and the PETA activists!

Update… evidently you can get a temporary ban if someone attempts to hack your account or they see suspicious activity as a precaution.
And you have to call or chat PS support. Sending them multiple emails isn’t sufficient.
Kind of like the bank shutting down your debit card after your first purchase in a vacation out of state…
