erased players stats during game ? franchise mode

hello,
when i do "quick manage" during a game (like changing a pitcher), all stats (AB, IP,...) go down to zero. And then after the game, all stats are wrong (5 HR but only on 1 run recorded in player stats, per exemple).
How can i avoid that, please?
