Rule Preventing Replacement of Pitchers

I wanted to say that the rule preventing pitchers from being replaced before they pitch to 3 hitters needs to be done away with. I understand MLB using it in real life to shorten the length of games, but it takes almost no time to change pitchers on the video game, and you should be able to switch if you like one matchup more than another.
