Extinct Cards

Something fun I’ve noticed while brushing up my collections, extinct cards. I’ve heard people talk about live series gatekeepers but I wondered if anyone knew about these guys. They’re usually veterans or rookies. I’ve managed to get a few but it still fascinates me that these exist. I started in 5th inning.. does anyone know where these cards came from???

Do you mean the ones from the BR programs?

Usually Early season pennant race packs or early inning henchman are what those are. @samguenther1987 the BR program cards have always been able to be pulled each BR season, they aren't extinct

Yeah those cards are like early inning henchmen. Like the Duke Snider and Molitor cards

All those card should make a return in some fashion
PR and WS packs will be updated to include all past rewards likely with the start of the November RS
Past classic and henchmen packs will be available in the 10th or 11th inning program if they follow last year's final program.

Those cards were such great investments. I bought about 10 Duke Sniders back at the beginning for 1k apiece and I sold at 15k each, turns out it was too early but I'm not mad because those profits helped me get into other investments.
And yeah, expect all those cards to be back in packs sometime in the next 6 weeks or so

I bought some of the bronze flashbacks/legends at the start at 25 stubs per, and those all went to max at some point when collections drop. Basically, any of those early innings cards are no lose investments.
