Faster Pitching

I play a lot of events and recently I have noticed that a lot of guys use the same pitchers. Recently, in the East event, almost everyone had Degrom, so I'll use him as an example. One game, I hit back to back homeruns off superfractor degrom and the guy quits. Next game, they guy has parallel four degrom and he is throwing it right down the middle and I can't touch him. I am late on everything! I was just wondering if this is intentional and there is something I'm missing, or if this is some kind of glitch? Any help would be very helpful.

down the middle was intentional. It was a test of your connection/ how much lag was effecting you.

So what your saying is its because of lag? Would that be my lag or my oppenents lag that changes that?

not sure whose lag, but if its effecting you you could swing before he throws it and still be late.
