Why are certain stats capped at 99 and some go to 125? I feel certain players (Rickey Henderson) steal should and BR aggression should be well over 99. Plus there’s probably a host of players who could have speed over 99 or arm strength

Those are called attributes, or atts for short, btw. Stats are what are accumulated by using the card.
