Confused as to why Baez is still 250-280k lol

He’s a popular player, it would be like if that added That Tatis POTM next round he would be expensive too, because less people would sell him... People will sell Gardiner and Helton, but will hang on to Javy.

My best guesses would be: a) unknown whether these rewards will still be available come Friday; b) it’s El Mago; c) Finest; d) 2K.

He’ll be available in future Event Rewind packs so between that and the other parts of the Event he will drop. If nothing else, the Rewind Packs will cause all Event card prices to eventually converge.

Next event availability is a fair point but Central is loaded at MI to the point Baez isn’t even a clear cut top option. Everyone likes different cards, but Tim Anderson, Larkin and Honus are all free and excellent. Lindor is IMO the best SS. Morgan is great if you don’t mind short hitters. I’m sure I’m missing others too.

I think its the confusion behind whats worded on the schedule personally. He will drop in a hurry when the next event will be the same rewards again

Agree. The cards can’t change because this is a multi part event. Meaning wins carryover. If all the cards changed at their current win level and you were at 40 wins then (a) do you just get all the new cards at 15/20/25 wins or (b) is it impossible now for you to get those cards? It’s just doesn’t make sense. The rewards thru 60 wins at best will stay the same as they will add packs and stuff thereafter but even that isn’t something they’ve done a lot. But there is no way Baez isn’t earnable in Pt 2.

I get its probably because a finest collection eventually but there is 3 parts to this event and he only takes 20 wins to get. i sold mine at 300 thinking hed be plummetting but i have friends telling me otherwise. isnt a 20 win reward from a 2-3 week event bound to get diluted in the market or am i being an idiot here
I got the 25 wins in the first 3 days and usually I will sell them early and buy them back but I have so many stubs that I just don't even care I'm just keeping them I'm going in to finish the Battle Royale program and then ranked Seasons. I could probably sell them and then buy them back and make 100K Stubbs or something but at this point whatever I don't care. I think people are sleeping on helton. Could be the best 1b in the game so far.
