Missions with flashbacks and legends issue?

I just used Oswalt Milestone for 7 innings Struck out a ton and got no credit for it… is this a known issue?

Missions restart at 0 once you've completed them the first time. There aren't any rollover stats, which is upsetting.
Are you certain you're not getting the points or are you worried about stats?
