do they reflect a cards hot and cold zones, or the users average in each zone with the card?
Do they matter at all on ranked play? I always turn them off because I don't like having anything obstructing my view, but I notice alot of streamers have them on.

I've always heard they don't effect anything, but I think thats mostly just speculation. I don't believe anyone actually knows for sure
