In 2019 during the All Star weekend stuff SDS was doing alp of twice streams with the content creators.
Shortly after one of these videos they went live again in error. During what was maybe a 2 min stream you can see Spooer, Healy and Twin discussing with Ramone the chat from the perious stream and discussing about how chat or community was so toxic and joking about how the chat will do certain things.
They never addressed it publicly and any evidence of the video has been wiped from existence it seems
everytime we don't get our way.

It's a situation to have laughed off because of the source and yes Ramone was involved as well an I'm sure there was some internal handling of the issue.

As I stated before, it’s a true lack of professionalism. The steamers at the time were Sony Partners and should have been held to a standard similar to being an employee. From my perspective, if I was caught on camera bad mouthing customers or the companies I work with, it wouldn’t end well for me. It would most likely end up in the newspaper and/or television and would probably be canned. I know it’s just a video game but they never came out and addressed it. It’s cowardly and makes you wonder what else they are saying outside of those 30 seconds that we didn’t see and hear.
I don't disagree with many of your points and I do believe that this lead to the end of the Sony Parteners program along with other things like Koogs and Mighty Goat getting caught win boosting.

Lol that's nothing. So they got caught picking fun at the player base, half of what we do is bash them everytime we don't get our way.
In the grand scheme of things it was pretty minor in what happen compared to what could of happen or compared to other way more horrible things that have been caught on camera.
Also what the said in the stream was incorrect but the community took it HARD like real hard but fast forward today and this community believe its OK to spout off ever chance it gets to rips the cards put out or moan and groan because of server issues like it's OK an not toxic at all

I don't recall the witch hunt stuff but I do remember Koogs putting out the standard PR tweet "I will work to do better in my postion" deal which I took as someone from SDS made a phone call and said this better get said cause we can only hold them off so long

It was near the end of a ranked season and one of them was a few points shy of WS so one streamer paired up with the other so they would quit and the other would get the points to get them into WS.

That was a little suspect but I can attribute that to a company protect its assets and trying to handle things internally as best they can.
PR teams react funny in situations when partenered with 3rd party contractors and they make them look bad as they really don't control that 3rd party

You’re right. I get people being upset over a product they purchased and not being able to play/use said product. I also understand people upset over being called toxic during a stream. Should not have happened. Yet let time heal that and move on.
As a community if anyone read half of what is posted on here and never played this game, they’d assume it’s the worst game ever.
As consumers have we lost our sensitivity and ability to understand that things happen? I deal with customers all day. I manage one of the busiest full service car washes in American. It seems like in this climate people are just not nice. We all bash SDS, we take digs on this board quite often. Well in life stuff does happen. So today the servers are trash. It’s one day. I’m sure they are working on the issues. Let’s breathe and let these guys do their job. If it becomes a bigger issue than maybe then will it be time to make some noise.
I’ll admit there have been some server issues, the beginning of the year it was up and down. Lately though I have not encountered server issues that persisted longer than an hour or so. And the frequency of these issues has not been that often.
I’m not here to defend SDS. But can we not overreact?

Quinny -- Your last line of I am not here to defend SDS is laughable cause that is what your doing but I do get your point BUT as ME and I am sure others have pointed out. It's now Sept. and were still having server issues and maybe it would not be so bad if they COMMUNICATED with us cause my guess is this is the real issue .....
They prolly need new servers but cause of covid that is super hard atm just ask Final Fantasy 14 who is getting bombarded with WoW players and their servers are always on Q and they cannot get new one's cause of covid and the effects on the good needed to make new servers. This is my guess is what is hurting SDS they know they need more servers to handle the load and they THOUGHT that the current servers might hold up but they were wrong and we are in this situation where the servers have issues at times cause of the stress and prolly other things.
Just a guess but maybe if they came out and told us like FF14 did to their players ( I am one of those players) they explained things to the player base and apologized for their failure something SDS only did one time in a stream and even then they threw a special pack at us to shut us up and we went -- Ooh new packs -- and went on our way.
SDS just give us the facts and stop feeding us BULL cause if we have the facts most will be understanding but saying little to nothing causes players to get really upset -- LIKE NOW. You made this issue now act like the company we ALL believe you to be and deal with it.
