Here is a simple Google Sheet to track your exchange cards. For the time being, 79 overall (63 at 210-230 stubs each) and 78 overall (80 at 140-160 stubs each) players are the cheapest way to finish exchanges. This is based on 25k, 50k, 75k and 150k exchange levels. You could also grab 91 overall and higher players at near quick sell value to finish them with only 5 cards (25,000 - 30,000 stubs) but you'll be paying near double that of the silver method.
