I think the cap will limit how much players get burnt out instead of driving players away

One way they could fix it is letting the cap cumulate. So if you don’t do it one day next day you can go to 70k. And then 105k and so on. Or even do it with a penalty. Like 35k for the current day and 20-25k for any day after. So 35k today, 60k tomorrow, 85k the rd day and so on. (This would probably need to be it so the exploiters can’t just save up and have it ready for the first day it’s available but would still slow the bosses becoming available). Don’t know what systems they have and how they could code it. Maybe set it at a inning cap that releases 35k a day. But this would seem to take the number 1 excuse people have for complaining about it(and we know most of those guys were really just exploiting and can’t say that’s why they are made so finding any reasons to complain to cause a stir).

I like this idea. Just have it automatically reset at the start of a new inning.
Also, I'll admit I was a bit wrong on this one. I'm already a decent amount of xp into the program and while I was annoyed getting stopped by the xp cap, selling Nola for 90k last night was nice. Selling the two henchmen early essentially paid for one of the 5th inning bosses I collected.

A 99 Lefty Grove aint worth sweating about if a 97 Lee is doing the job.I like to play the GAME and not worry about my XP or what Tootie Green got playing for him.Get Corey Seager to level 5 he can hit good as anyone .Went around the barn there a little but im saying play hard XP will take care of Itself. How many players on your squad hit 50 plus homers for instance?

This XP thing is temporary i think,its way to low .Anyone and everyone agrees . But glitching needs acknowledged also.To me any time you take unscrupulous advantage you are unscrupulous.Dont particularly matter what they implement long as i heads up [censored] Dastudly an Smugsley something is up

the only “new” way to earn xp is from extra innings (and it is relatively small). The non-walk method folks who wanted bosses fast always did the bonus missions prior to this anyways.

this is simply wrong. SDS always increases rewards as the game goes on and putting those rewards at the end of the path is unrelated to an xp cap. It’s just what they do (again, I don’t think you understand how the cap actually works)

I have 3 bosses
I have completed all but 1 program to 650k and that 1 program being the 5th because I took more breaks.
Regardless of what changes SDS makes I will succeed at this game the right way by playing this game.
I get little to know time to play during the weekend and only play 2-3 hours at night during the week.
Am I happy I benefited from the increased value of cards yes

You are just building up a real pretty strawman. The cap hurts only one group of people, those that can play for more than 5 hours in a given day. That’s it. It has nothing to do with mode variety or missions or anything else. It is in place because their 3rd rate programmers couldn’t fix the walk-method. Time is time regardless of which aspect of the game someone is playing.
Once again, it is pretty clear you support this change because you didn’t like people who could play more.

My point is that this change makes it that people who play all of what DD has to offer you get the best rewards. That is a position I have always taken on here and will always stand by.
You want to play all day doing conquest, go for it but you don't deserve to be rewarded the same as someone who plays all day and does BR, RS, Showdown, Conquest, Events, Ballplayer programs, player programs, moments
You do one thing OP does multiple things that is why he has 1M more stubs today then you do

It literally doesn’t do what you are claiming. I don’t know how you can possibly be this obtuse. The 35k limit isn’t by mode, it’s total gameplay. Whether I mix and match offline and online is irrelevant, the cap is for ALL gameplay xp. What part don’t you get.
And FYI, I have 90 points in the current br program, but have been playing conquest because a) I’m grinding a ballplayer (since SDS capped actual gameplay xp) and previously because the stubs were insane (to say nothing of SDS amateur level gameplay coding that makes h2h more frustrating than fun).

If you get sour grapes throw a little sugar on them. It’s a positive spin buddy. Take the blinders off. You can achieve what you’re setting out to achieve just by playing. The cap isn’t an end all. Don’t get fixated on one singular obstacle. And if you want to go fast like Ricky Bobby the RTTS method is the way. SDS doesn’t have to give out rewards and frankly unless you are selling these bosses what’s the rush? And if you want to capitalize off getting them quick and selling them you still have a viable method.
