Need Help with a Decision

I have 500,000 stubs and was wondering would it be better to go get chipper jones or grab 2 99 overalls on the market (leaning towards bryce harper and possibly another card)??

Chipper, simply because the cards you get for finishing the collections are needed for Mookie

Chipper is my best card. Also you get Ortiz and Soriano. Some people don't like Soriano but I hit fairly well with him.

I just superfactored him, hes great, absolutely fantastic at 2b for me as well.
