Lots of Flyouts vs CPU
-
Playing 9-inning games against the CPU, my batters are flying out more frequently in recent days. I’ll square a ball up nicely—the ball is right down the middle of the plate—and I’ll fly out near the wall. Oddly, these are not the perfect-perfect outs that happen with other folks. I’m just getting constant long fly ball and lineouts deep in the outfield.
Did they do something to the hitting that I don’t know about?

Try putting the ball on the ground, otherwise you owe the manager 20 pushups

Last night I was convinced they had done something, but then I scored 29 runs in the very next game with same players and opponent. A lot of it just comes down to the wind. If there’s 8mph wind blowing in, I know it’s gonna be a boring game. Even weaker Wind influences the game too much.

Alexa what’s an average?

Same, I was starting to feel like they nerfed hitting against the CPU, then I scored 14 runs in the first inning of a conquest game, guess not

I think the CPU plays differently against you in nine inning games compared to conquest games. To me it's easier to hit against CPU in conquest, probably because the pitcher has less energy in those games. But there could be another reason
