Cannot log in to PS4

I have been trying to log in for a while. I get a message: “This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. (CE-41489-6).”
I have tried to turn my system off and then back on again. This has been going on for at least an hour straight. Any help is very appreciated.
