It’s strange as every other program could be done without playing online or doing showdowns. Whether it be a mix of collections, offline stat missions, conquest, play vs cpu, and moments.

There's an online mission that only requires you to get Putouts with White Sox or Yankees players. Haven't added up the points yet myself but nothing looked too difficult and I'm not someone who plays much online.
I'm doing the Showdown as we speak and so far, it has been very simple. Betances will basically walk your whole team if you let him.

I don't like it that much either but people shouldn't be complaining. Sometimes you have to work just the smallest amount for good cards.

I don't like it that much either but people shouldn't be complaining. Sometimes you have to work just the smallest amount for good cards.
Are you saying that people that play offline don’t put in any work? We sit through a long line of moments, play vs cpu, conquest maps, etc. It’s not like we click “I’m an offline player” and we get all the cards.

Yea showdowns suck. Great mode ruined bad by sliders.

Showdown is an offline mode too. I understand many dont like it, but it's a challenge that is a partial requirement for the program. Same with the Extreme program.

If it would play to the difficulty level stated on the screen and every CPU fielder wasn’t a gold glover, I wouldn’t mind it nearly as much.

Oh I understand now. The online community, that had to play offline stuff every program to this point was all fine and dandy but because now the offline community has to play a bit online, it’s an issue
Kind of a double standard there no?

bc showdown challenges them and they dont like that

you can do this program without touching online at all.....
