Stats to ratings?
-
Good morning,
I am a sports writer and with this recent outbreak, we at my newspaper are trying to come up with unique story ideas and I came up with simulating a couple of our high schools team's games by putting the players into The Show and simulating the games from there.
I was hoping someone could give me an idea of how to translate their stats to ratings for The Show so that I could have an accurate representation of their abilities from the field to in-game.
Any and all ideas would be appreciated.

This is a Google doc that I found on Reddit a couple years ago that should be pretty close to what you want.

Do you happen to know who the redditor is or if there is an updated version? This is phenomenal, I'm so glad I found this post. Thank you for linking it.
