If I wait it out for the next program, and get the 9th win, would this count as the 9th win mission or would it just count as 1 win?

You get the 12-0 reward but I’m pretty sure you don’t get the 20pts towards the new program. Just like he would get the 9 win 85-89 diamond but no progress towards the BR program

It definitely will give you the new 12-0 pack, but absolutely will NOT give you the 20pts, same with sitting on 8 wins and hoping for the 9 win bonus. It’ll only count wins you accumulate during the current program.
