Any advice

A while back I accidentally chose 2 yaz in nl west 42 series pack and I can't complete the 42 series to get jackie. I've submitted about 5 tickets in the past 2 months trying to fix this. Is there a dev someone could tag or anything? Thanks in advance

They're here, but they're not very helpful unfortunately. All you can do is keep submitting the tickets and hope they'll process it soon. Good luck man!

I wouldn't keep submitting tickets.
Yes, it seems that there are alot of people that have had this happen to them: but, submitting multiple tickets by the same person is just adding to the problem if them being behind.

Someone is going to come along here in a minute saying it is your fault and you shouldn't have made the mistake...but you know what? Everyone makes mistakes and it would have been simple on the no sells like this for them to make it where you can't pick dupes. Regardless...they could at least respond to the tickets people put in or provide a fix. It has impacted enough people that they could find a solution.
To your original question...there are SDS people that I always see people tagging, but I really don't know if they are someone that could help on a deal like this or not. For what it's worth, I hope you are able to get it fixed without much more of a headache.
