Switching from PS4 to PS5 Mid-season question

Got lucky today and scored a PS5.

Will my stubs transfer over from the game on my PS4 when I download the game onto my PS5?

As long as you sign in with the same PSN name, then yes. Everything will automatically be there and you do not need to link accounts or anything like that.
