Is the way you can search someone's game history via the console not working?

Just played someone in a BR game and I wanted to check something out with his game history. Yet when I go to search (Lifetime Standings) to being up his Universal Profile; it is blank. No games, no stats, nothing.
But I can see their starts thru.this site.
