Bullpen Energy

Reyes was showing as 90% full or whatever it gets to in the bullpen, i brought him on and within 9/10 pitches was down in the orange and by pitch 20 was in red. (If the 90% was accurate with 42 stamina, it would be no where near it)
Question for SDS
why on earth dont the bullpen go to 100% energy like a SP does?

Starters cab throw 125 pitches and still be green. Stamina is totally jacked up

Weird. I never know if it matters if and/or how long you warm bullpen guys up. Maybe there's something there. Otherwise I don't know what the deal is.

If you overthrow pitches, they will tire out faster.
