OLD Player & Evolution Programs?

I've finished them all except for Gary Carter (Evolution) & Dave Parker (Player Program).

Now that we don't get extra innings XP's for 'collecting them, are they still worth grinding them out? I'd rather not be pulling my hair out if I don't have to....

Yea, but do I need to complete ALL these players?

2nd question, do the "Evolution" players "Evolve" more? Meaning for Billy Williams, Gary Carter, etc....will they be given higher overalls in future "Evolution" programs?

No they will not evolve past the diamond card you see in the program
