well of course it is..... because a bunch of us weren't sitting and waiting to sell stuff pending what was in the reward path or anything.. why not take it down for updates before you put the new program out there????

That always happens when the update goes through. Not sure what the technical reason is, but always beneficial to be at your PS/XBOX when the content drops.
