Weird bug

I lost 4-2 so I’m not blaming this.
But DeGrom is up and Finley is on 1st and 1 out.
Count is 2-2 and he tries to steal. I throw to 2nd and my SS is chilling in his fielding position and fumbles the ball. Finley gets to second and then DeGrom WALKS to first.
Checking the batting history it says it was 4 balls to DeGrom - Where two of the balls are near the centre of the zone and it was definitely 2-2.
The game summary says. Finlay to 2nd. DeGrom. - that’s it. Just his name and a period.

Had this happen but in a TA3 Showdown. Had a 2-0 count. Successfully stole 2nd base. Then, the second baseman whips around and throws to 1st base for an out. I double checked...and the count was 2-1 after the successfully steal yet my batter is thrown out at 1st while standing outside the batters box. Definitely a weird WTF moment...
