I did a thing...

A guy I was playing would pitch as soon as he got the ball when I got runners on. I'm using zone + stride so being able to get settled in is very important. I got a guy on and had to hold R2, and ended up hitting a go-ahead HR.
Please SDS, there has to be a better way. I noticed in the settings there is an option to "pitch fast" (no cooldown between pitches) or normal. It would be nice as a batter to be able to set something like this so that I can actually have a chance to get set and it also gives the pitcher an opportunity to make his pitch without getting R2'd. Would it kill you to make a 1.5 - 2 second cooldown before you can select a pitch? This might add a total of 4-5 minutes a game tops over 9 innings.

Also, it would be nice if in implementing it you could eliminate R2 spamming. I don't even care for the first press, but surely there's no legitimate reason to press R2 3 times an AB if there's an appropriate cooldown, much less 3 times per pitch.

Just push r2 now. It doesn't interfere with the pitching anymore since last patch

If you don't come to a complete stop it should affect your accuracy. Easy fix.

Much respect to you for using zone plus analog stride, I use it also not many of us do!!
