How does matchmaking work events?

Everyone I play is from my area. It's either a team w/ a SF / Oakland / Bay area name.

Just curious for those in other areas for the country - do you get matched up mainly w/ your local region?

Yes. I live in southern Illinois and play constant Cubs/Cardinal/Vandy fans.

I think it’s mainly by your area I live in NY and face ton of Yankee and Mets fans .

I think the search starts and tries to match you based on location and if it doesn't it broadens the search.

I live in California and rep the Rockies. Just saying…

But it does try to match up with people in your area.
