WTF is this ? I just hit a HR in BR and then went to warm up a relief pitcher and as soon as I did that it forfeited the game and I get the L ?

LOL, you know what I didn't even notice that. I did have to pause it for a while to talk to my wife... but it was a new inning I had thought. I feel like a moron now.

We've all been there.
At least you didnt pause the games twice to watch instant replays, [censored] about the game for 3 mins then get booted in the 9th after trying to warm up pitchers only to blame SDS for that loss like a I saw a streamer do. On two separate occasions.
